Does the medical center have evening and weekend hours?
The medical center does not have evening hours. Our Dermatology and Ophthalmology
departments are open on Saturday mornings from 9:00 to 12:00.
Can you walk in to see a physician?
All of our physicians see patients by appointment only. If you do walk in and an
appointment is available we would be happy to see you.
What is insurance do you accept?
The physicians are participating providers of many insurance companies. All of
our physicians accept Medicare assignment. For a complete listing of the insurance

Do you file secondary insurance for patients?
Yes, we file primary, secondary and tertiary insurance for all of our patients regardless, if we
participate with insurance company. Most of our insurance claims are sent
electronically.
When is my co-payment due?
Co-payments are due at the time of service prior to seeing the physician. In addition,
all outstanding balances are also due at the time of service.
Will my insurance cover a specific service?
We are unable to determine what your insurance policy will and will not cover. Your insurance company can
only determine this. You will need to contact your insurance company to find out
your covered services.
What if my Primary Care Physician is not available to see me?
You may be able to see one of his or her associates.
How do I obtain copies of medical records?
Copies of your medical records may be obtained by completing the release form.
By virtue of Virginia Statue the Falls Church Medical Center is custodian of the original
records. Records are kept for a period of 10 years from the date of the last visit before being
destroyed. There is a charge for copying and mailing of medical records.
Is parking available?
Yes, free parking is available.
Do you have staff who can translate?
Yes, members of our staff are able to
translate Spanish. In addition, Dr. Bui speaks Vietnamese and Dr. Uy speaks
Tagalog/Filipino.
