Payment


We will file all insurance claims to your insurance company. If you have an insurance plan in which we do not participate, it is your responsibility you to ensure that the charges are paid in full by following up with your insurance company.

Co-payments (as determined by your insurance company) are due prior to seeing the physician. In addition, all outstanding balances are also due prior to seeing the physician.

We accept Visa or Mastercard (only), personal checks and cash. Arrangements may be made with the billing staff if you would like to set up a monthly payment plan.
